Spaghetti with Meatless Balls
I may not be a vegetarian, but there seems to be a current theme to my blog of texturized vegetable protein.
This is an extremely prepackaged meal, I basically boiled some spaghetti, baked some frozen meatless balls from Superstore, and covered it all with my famous PC pasta sauce, which made an appearance in my lasagna as well.

Boiling the spaghetti. There is the lovely toaster on the right.

I only used two of these ingredients. Spoiler: One of them is the spaghetti sauce.

Zucchini bits. I tried zesting the orange to add a bit of pizazz before realizing that it was not worth it and probably doesn’t taste very good.

While flipping the meatless balls over on the baking sheet near the pan that was cooking the zucchini, I burnt the family oven mitt.

Aww yeah.

If you look closely, you can see the zucchini bits immersed in that beautiful premade sauce.

The final product, avec du fromage.
Frankly I don’t think this needs an accompanying recipe. All you need to know if that the baked meatless balls were removed from the oven, smushed, and then transferred into the sauce which contained zucchini.
Thankfully spring break is here so I can make lots more lovely things with my friends. And the other reason I am thankful for spring break is obviously the lack of school for a week. It is a much needed break.
Unfortunately it is not a break from the constant question of “What are you going to do after high school?” and even worse “How are you ever going to get into university with those marks?”
I used to be a good student, still am, but I am now in the IB program. Little did I know that it would bring with it a huge mark drop and now the constant hounding of my parents, grandparents, and extended family about how to improve these marks, how to study better, etc., etc., etc. It’s really frustrating.
Anyway, enjoy the spaghetti! I will soon make some delicious baked goods for your reading pleasure.
