Lemonade

Nothing says “summer” like a pitcher of freshly squeezed lemonade! My sister adores making a lemonade stand every year, and every year we make the lemonade together.

I really hate this picture. It makes my lemons look frightening.

This is photographic proof that we squeezed the lemons ourselves.

Here is the sugar syrup. Dissolving the sugar in boiling water before adding it to your lemon juice will prevent it from being grainy.

Done!

Method:

  1. Using a juicer, squeeze as many lemons as you see fit.
  2. Make a sugar syrup by dissolving one part boiled water to one part sugar. Stir until the sugar is full dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice, syrup, and water until you are satisfied with the taste and quantity of your lemonade batch.
