Fried Rice
My goodness, it’s been a while. I can’t exactly say I’ve been too busy to cook, since it is summer vacation for me. Perhaps I’ve just been too busy to shoot pictures while I cook. Yeah, that’s it.
Anyway, I make fried rice all the time. I love the stuff. Also, since I’m allergic to peas, I can only enjoy fried rice if I make it myself.

Once again, mushrooms take some sort of foreground as the vegetable. I can’t help myself.

I just wanted to emphasize that we covered the vegetables with a lid for a few minutes so it could cook. This was mainly for the benefit of the broccoli.

And suddenly chicken, corn, rice, and egg appeared!
No recipe today. I make so many variations of this, the only thing that stays constant is the egg and rice. And sesame oil, for the nice Asian flavour.
